Since December 2025, I have worked in Morgan Stanley’s Montreal technology hub in a technology market research and innovation strategy role, focused on emerging technology disruptors, startup intelligence, AI/ML, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise technology trends, and strategic opportunity discovery.

Developed a strategic AI tool using GPT-4 to analyze and tag 70,000 startups for SAP's M&A division.

Designed and implemented an AI recommender system for precise company valuation based on financial data, market trends, and NLP-based analysis of company documents. Used knowledge graphs and ML models for comparables analysis.

Implemented and deployed NLP-based topic-modeling pipelines that automatically categorize ≈ 60 000 SAP product-support tickets each year, surface recurring issues, and pinpoint root causes.

Built a scalable analytics platform and dashboard using Go, PostgreSQL and SAP Analytics Cloud to track and optimize cloud spend across Kubernetes and Docker-based environments at SAP.

Launched Dentox™, a premium denture-care line now distributed on Amazon FBA and Dentox.ca.

The project is a platform to safely operate AI agents in production. It auto-discovers agents and endpoints, enforces policy-as-code before and after generation, and provides deep observability with searchable audit trails. The system detects prompt-injection, jailbreaks, PII leaks, and hallucination risk; maps controls to frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF); and supports canarying, rollback, and human-in-the-loop approvals. Secure RAG features check document provenance and citation confidence, while latency/cost SLOs and drift monitors keep performance and spend on track.

A conversational recommender system that transforms static e-commerce sites into an infinite, adaptive feed. Users scroll through shoppable stories and product cards while chatting with an AI assistant that understands intent and re-ranks results in real time. The system blends social feed dynamics with recommender intelligence, delivering faster, more engaging, and more personalized shopping experiences.

Designed and implemented an AI-powered video creation platform to help e-commerce businesses transform product listings into TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts in seconds.

Researched and developed a proof-of-concept monitoring tool to evaluate authentication-attack patterns across SAP Customer Data Cloud.

Designed and developed Ferdor, a mobile-first platform connecting personal service providers with local customers.

Created Hafezhafez.com, a cross-platform platform (Web, Android, iOS) to bring the poetry of Hafez to a wider audience through a modern, interactive experience.
