• Built real-time, scalable infrastructure using Firebase (Firestore, Auth, Cloud Functions) and Google Cloud Platform to enable instant booking, secure user accounts, and push notifications.
• Integrated Stripe to securely handle payments and provider payouts, offering seamless and reliable transaction flows within the app.
• Delivered cross-platform mobile apps for both Android and iOS, ensuring broad accessibility and user adoption.
• Developed end-to-end backend logic including provider discovery, availability scheduling, booking confirmations, and notifications, all running serverless.
• Led the product from concept to live application, covering UI/UX design, backend architecture, deployment, and go-to-market launch.
